I’ve always had a big vision to inspire and empower women to be successful, never give up and live their best lives. No one should ever settle for less than what they deserve. So when I finally had the courage to start my coaching business, I thought that nothing would stop me. I had a vision for my life and business and couldn’t wait to start making a huge impact on others.
Unfortunately, I quickly realized that I was the biggest barrier to my own success.
The fear of people actually knowing that I’m running my own business was real. I was terrified of being open about what I do and it stopped me from being visible to other people who could benefit from my services.
“What if it won’t work? What if I fail?” – I heard the voice in my head.
Soon I realized that positive and growth mindset was the key to success. Of course, effort, hard work and determination are important but without the belief that you’re in control of your own life and success, it’s very difficult to move forward efficiently and with confidence.
With big purpose and commitment, I became more confident in my own abilities and stopped caring what other people thought. I had a clear vision and it was the time to become a leader to other women and inspire them to follow their passion and dreams.
It’s actually known that companies with a strong female representation at top management level make better decisions and have a positive impact on performance. So as a Business and Success Coach I help women entrepreneurs to reach their true potential and success that they desire.
Over a year later I was honoured to be awarded the Brainz CREA Global Award 2021 and be amongst many incredible, entrepreneurs, leaders and influencers such as Oprah Winfrey, Melissa Peer, Jim Kwik and Robin Sharma to name a few.
