Application of Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to any Dreams and Beyond Coaching Package or Program (“Program”) operated by Anna Filatova at Dreams and Beyond Coaching (“Company”), London, United Kingdom. By registering to be a participant in my Program, you agree to the following Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with my Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which can be found on my website www.dreamsandbeyondcoaching.com (“Site”).
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to your purchase being a service such as a coaching package or program (“Program”) in a business capacity that has been arranged online, over the phone or by mail-order, you are entitled to a 14 days cooling-off period. During these 14 days you can cancel for any reason and at any time and request a refund. You agree to compensate for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship. The cooling-off period begins the day after you enter a contract with Company, whether the contract is written down or if it’s an oral contract. If you choose to cancel the Program outside of the cancellation period, then no refund will be available.
Due to the purchase being an info product in a business capacity and downloadable at the time of purchase, you are not entitled to any refunds or cancellations. All purchases are binding.
If you paid an initial deposit to secure a slot in the Program, you are not entitled for the refund of this deposit.
I may terminate our coaching agreement (“Agreement”) at any time. All further coaching services rendered after the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship will be refunded within 7 days. If you fails to pay any amount due under our Agreement on the due date of payment, I have the right to suspend coaching sessions until the payment is received.
