I’m Anna Filatova, a qualified Business and Executive Coach and Mentor.

Welcome Questionnaire
Before we start, I’ll ask you to complete a welcome questionnaire so that I can tailor this intensive specifically to your needs and goals.
Welcome Pack
You’ll receive a pack that will help you to relax before the big day and stay focused and energized throughout the day.
3 hours of 1:1 strategy coaching and mentoring
We’ll dive in deep, cover any questions that you might have and create an action plan for you to take home.
30 min 1:1 accountability coaching and mentoring session
This additional dedicated time with me is your opportunity to reflect on the one day intensive and get support to keep you on track.
4 weeks of WhatsApp support
I’ll support you for another 4 weeks after your accountability session, whether it’s your strategy, mindset, vision, sales or anything else.
What does a typical half day intensive look like?
We'll meet on Zoom at the agreed time in the morning or afternoon
We'll start with your business goals for the next 3 - 6 months and go through your current challenges and obstacles
We'll discuss possible options for your business to move forward
We'll prepare a written action plan for you to take home and you'll know exactly what steps you'll need to take to make progress
We'll have two 5-10 minute breaks to maintain creativity and ability to focus
